Learn the basics of starting a practice in mindfulness meditation
Class covers: body posture and breathing, overcoming obstacles to practice and benefits of a mindful practice, such as stress reduction, improved heart health, increased relaxation and greater enjoyment of the present moment. Plan to attend all 6 sessions. No drop ins please as course content builds on the previous weeks.
$120 per person or $95 for students and seniors (60+)
Add $15 for 9 CE's (course approved by NASW-NM) for Counselors, Social Workers and Massage Therapists. Note: you will have to do two separate transactions for the class and the CEU's, as the cart won't allow you to put in two items.
